KALVAGE REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
At Kalvage, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost during transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible cases for a replacement or refund include:
• Damaged products received during shipping
• Defective products
• Incorrect items received
• Lost shipments confirmed by the carrier
To submit a claim, email our support team with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Non-Refundable Situations:
• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
• Preference regarding flavor, scent, or product experience
• Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer
• Orders returned due to refusal of delivery
• Products that have been opened, consumed, or used
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Approved replacements will be shipped as soon as possible at no additional cost.
Kalvage reserves the right to review all claims before approval.
